We promote and coordinate the implementation of projects within schools, with the aim of innovating teaching methodologies, organisational processes and learning environments from an inclusive and equitable perspective. These initiatives are conceived as system-level interventions, shared and rooted in local contexts, through co-programming and co-design processes that actively engage a wide range of stakeholders, including local authorities, public institutions, third-sector organisations, civil society organisations, schools and educational communities.
The projects are designed to support the holistic development of students, fostering cognitive, cultural, digital, social and emotional skills, and enhancing their active participation as a key driver of inclusion and empowerment.
The initiatives are grounded in an explicit Theory of Change, which guides the design and implementation of interventions, and are delivered in partnership with specialised organisations. Each project is supported by research, monitoring and evaluation activities aimed at measuring impact, documenting good practices and progressively improving the quality of interventions, while ensuring their replicability and scalability over time.
