We design and deliver education programmes for professionals across the education system—including school leaders, teaching staff, educators and education professionals—with the aim of updating their skills and contributing to the growth of an educational community capable of addressing contemporary challenges.

All education pathways are generally co-designed with participants, both to support professional development and to act as a lever for transformation and improvement. The approach is workshop-based: each programme is conceived as an active, collaborative and transformative experience, in which participants directly engage with tools and practices that can be transferred to their own professional contexts.

The programmes are delivered by recognised professionals and are grounded in solid pedagogical principles, ensuring effective learning experiences and promoting the adoption of methodologies and approaches developed within academic and scientific settings.

The pathways are aligned with the European framework of key competences and are characterised by an approach that is:

  • inclusive, respecting diversity and special educational needs;
  • innovative, employing active methodologies and digital tools;
  • sustainable, in both content and methods, in line with the 2030 Agenda;
  • empowering, fostering the development of transversal and socio-emotional skills;
  • documentable and assessable, supporting comprehensive reflection on the outcomes of the initiatives undertaken.
